UNITED RENTALS:
Created a complete Visual Program for the company including a Visual Standards Manual and training sessions for different regions. Consulted on store image and design at various branches to improve their corporate merchandising program as well as individual location issues.

AMERICAN EXPRESS TRS:  Developed: Complete Visual Merchandising Program for travel offices, corporate training seminars, store analysis of 108 offices, Corporate Visual Merchandising newsletter, in-store and window graphics for all offices. Won “Best Seminar” at international conference.

SOUTHWESTERN BELL:  Store analysis, design ideas and window displays for Dallas, Austin and Houston markets. Rolled out holiday display program within five days of company's request.

SINGER SEWING MACHINE COMPANY INTERNATIONAL:  Traveled around the world analyzing retail environments in12 countries and Singer stores. Developed a Visual Merchandising Manual that worked with the cultures in each country. Gave two-day seminars based on the manual in three regions for all Singer managers. Did specific store design and analysis in Switzerland, Thailand and Mexico. Gave seminar at international Paris Conference.

P.C. RICHARD & SON:  Total graphics, signage and visual program for all 32 stores for 2.5 years.

LAMONTS,  Seattle:  Prototype store design, prototype visual program, sign program and store analysis for Seattle region.

THE MILLS CORPORATION:  Evaluation and analysis of major tenants including Neiman Marcus Last Call and Saks Off Fifth.

A & S PLAZA, Melvin Simon, NYC:  Design and installation of 18 temporary stores in vertical urban mall on time and within budget.

HICKORY FARMS:  Prototype design for temporary stores rolled out and highly successful.

REMCO, Houston, TX:  Analysis of new store design. Developed plan to reduce roll-out costs 35%.

SHORT HILLS MALL, CT & WILLOWBROOK MALL, NJ:  Designs for all new pushcarts/vendors for three program periods.

ROOSEVELT FIELD MALL/THE SOURCE:  Evaluated/analyzed many smaller stores and cart vendors to improve their overall sales. There have been many other mall projects of this nature around the country.

RENTAL STORES:  Designed or renovated five different rental stores around the country.
